What are your store hours?
Our store hours are:
  • Mon–Fri: 11:00am – 7:00pm
  • Sat–Sun: 10:00am – 6:00pm

Hours may vary on holidays or during special events.

Do you offer free shipping in Canada?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99 (pre‑tax) anywhere in Canada. Oversized/overweight items and some remote areas may be excluded or surcharged.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery estimates within Canada:
  • Standard: 2–7 business days
  • Expedited: 1–3 business days

Timelines begin once shipped and may vary for rural/remote areas.

Can I pick up my order in‑store?
Absolutely! Free local pickup at 16655 Yonge Street, Units 19–20, Newmarket, ON. Most pickup orders are ready within 24 hours (Mon–Fri). Stringing/customization may add 1–2 days.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase/delivery for unused items in original packaging with tags. Email info@racquetvault.ca to start a return.
Do you offer racquet stringing services?
Yes — we offer same‑day stringing (queue permitting), grommet installs, grip builds/installs, and customization.
