Free Shipping in Canada

Canada‑wide We offer free standard shipping on orders $99+ (pre‑tax) to addresses within Canada.* The free shipping option will appear automatically at checkout when your cart qualifies.

  • Applies to most in‑stock items shipping to Canadian provinces.
  • Oversize/overweight items (e.g., ball machines) and remote addresses may be excluded or require a surcharge.
  • Discount codes are applied first; the order total must still be $99+ after discounts to qualify.

*We currently do not ship outside Canada.

Processing Times
  • Orders placed Mon–Fri ship within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders with stringing or customization may add 1–2 business days.
  • You’ll receive an email with tracking when your order ships.

Free Local Pickup

Pick up your order at our store: 16655 Yonge Street, Units 19–20, Newmarket, ON. We’ll email you when it’s ready. Please bring your order confirmation and photo ID.

  • Most pickup orders are ready in 24 hours (Mon–Fri).
  • Stringing/customization may add 1–2 days.
  • Pickup hours: Mon–Fri 11:00–7:00 • Sat–Sun 10:00–6:00
Restrictions & Notes
  • Remote addresses: Some postal codes may require a surcharge or longer transit times.
  • PO Boxes: Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes (Canada Post).
  • Oversize/Overweight: Items like ball machines or bulk cases may not qualify for free shipping.
  • Address issues: Shipments returned to sender due to incorrect/incomplete addresses may incur reshipping fees.
Returns & Exchanges (Canada)
  • Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase/delivery.
  • Items must be new, unused, in original packaging with tags. Footwear should be tried indoors only.
  • Bring your receipt/order number. Refunds go to the original payment method once processed.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.

  • Services/labour (e.g., stringing), cut strings, customized racquets.
  • Used balls, opened string sets/reels, mouthguards, undergarments.
  • Items marked Final Sale.
