Refund policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Customized, altered, or serviced items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. This includes, but is not limited to, racquet stringing, overgrip or grip installation, grip size changes, grommet installation, racquet customization, spec matching, or any product modified from its original condition at the customer’s request.

    Once a service or installation has been completed, both the product and service fee are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by an error by Racquet Vault.

  • Footwear should be tried indoors only.

  • A receipt or order number is required as proof of purchase.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. You may drop off the item in person or ship it back using your preferred carrier. We can also provide a return shipping label for a flat fee of $15.00.

Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted. There is no additional restocking fee.

Please note that gift wrapping and service fees are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be accepted upon request. Items must meet return eligibility requirements. Please contact info@racquetvault.ca.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If more than 7 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@racquetvault.ca.
