originally ordered a blue Yonex EZONE 100SL Grip 0, but was told it was cracked and a replacement could take over a month, so I switched to Espresso.The store called me in the morning confirming the Espresso Grip 0 was available and ready to ship. That same evening, they called again saying their staff was “confused,” it was actually unavailable, and they only had Grip 2. Then their email suddenly said the blue Grip 0 was available again.The information kept changing and it honestly felt like the staff had no idea what was going on. There appears to be a serious lack of staff training, communication, and professionalism. Management also did not seem to take responsibility for how badly the order was handled.Extremely poor customer service and a terrible shopping experience. I cancelled the order and would not shop here again.

It was really an amazing experience, i got my paddle the next day which was really impressive to me and the fact that they include a free gift worth 10$ with a order over 100$ was great. I requested an over grip and they sent me exactly that as a freebie with my bnb loco paddle. And I couldn’t find this hybrid model with tan color at any other store or even on the original website of bnb but were able find one here so that was really easy and convenient for me.
